What we never have
Everything you put into the Homeward app — your home's type and age, its climate, the equipment it has, and the record of what maintenance you have completed — is stored only on your device, behind your device passcode and biometrics.
There is no Homeward account, no cloud sync, and no server of ours holding a copy. We cannot read your home's details, cannot recover them, cannot export them on your behalf, and cannot be compelled to produce them, because they never touch infrastructure we operate. If you export or print them, that copy goes where you choose.
The free schedule on this website
The seasonal schedule builder runs entirely in your browser. The home type, climate, year built and equipment you tick are used to compute the list in front of you and are never transmitted to us. There is no account, and closing the tab is the whole of the deletion process.
If you choose to join the register from that page, the email address you type is sent to us — deliberately, and only then. It is never attached to the schedule you built.
What we do collect
- Email address — only if you join the register on this website. Used once, to tell you Homeward has shipped. This is the only personal data our servers hold.
- Payment information — handled by the App Store or by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Standard website server logs — IP address, user-agent and request paths, kept no longer than thirty days for security and debugging.
What we do not do
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers inside the app.
- No selling, renting or sharing of personal data, at any price, to anyone.
- No contractor referral kickbacks — nobody buys a place in your schedule, so nothing in it is shaped by who pays us.
- No profile of your home, your address, or its equipment, because we never receive one.
If we shut down
Nothing happens to your records. The app works offline and does not depend on our servers, and what you have entered exports to a file you keep. This category has already shown homeowners the other outcome; the design above is the only honest answer to it, because a promise is not one.
Your rights
Ask us to delete your register email at any time — write to [email protected] and it goes, promptly, with no questions.
For your home's details there is nothing for us to delete and nothing for you to request: remove the app, or clear the records in Settings. Deletion is in your hands because possession always was.
Children
Homeward is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this sheet changes we will update it and the effective date at its head. We will not weaken the on-device promise — it is the product, not a feature of it.
